I 前 言
根据《关于印发 2019年第一批中国电力企业联合会标准制定
计划的通知》 (中电联标准〔 2019〕86 号)和《工程建设标准编
写规定》(建标〔 2008〕182号)的要求,编制组根据实践经验,
经深入调查研究,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制本导则。
本导则共分为 15章,主要技术内容包括总则、术语、基本规
定、冷负荷分析计算、冷源系统、管网、入户装置、监测与控制、建筑与结构、给排水、电气、通风与空气调节、消防、工业卫生与劳动安全、节能环保与水土保持等。
本导则由中电联电力供热标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
